China Seed Workshop 2011 Successfully Held in Beijing
China Seed Workshop 2011, jointly organized by CCM and Beijing Seed Congress, was successfully held in Beijing on Sept. 19th, 2011.
The workshop has attracted attentions of top managers from famous fortune-500 companies such as BASF, Bayer, Dow Agroscience and Syngenta, etc. More than 40 delegates from leading companies have attended the event. More than 90% of the participants show great interest in CCM's next seed workshop.
The two speakers, Tong Pingya and Ou Xuewu respectively gave in-depth analysis on the challenges and opportunities in China's seed industry under new policies. Mr. Ou introduced the current situation and confronted problems in China's seed industry. While Mr. Tong interpreted the newly-released policy, Suggestions to the Accelerating Development Of Modern Crop Seed Industries ("Suggestions") and gave his advice on company's transformation to adhere to the new policy. He believed that there would be promising future with many challenges as the Suggestions launched. After their speeches, all participators made a heat discussion about the development of China's seed industry.
Attendees benefited a lot from the speeches and active discussions, positive feedbacks were aroused among participants. CCM will keep holding seed workshop next year.
